Ingredients:
BAKED
7 eggs
100 grams sugar
100 grams flour
1 sachet baking powder
1 sachet vanilla sugar (vanilla essence)
a pinch of fine salt
GLAZE
150 grams sugar
120 grams butter
1 dark chocolate bar (180g)
40 grams cocoa
220 milliliters milk
300 grams coconut






Preparation Method:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites with the salt powder and gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the yolks and mix.
Separately mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate them into the egg foam.
Place the composition on a baking tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
While the cake is baking, we will prepare the glaze.
Place all the ingredients for the glaze in a pot and boil them over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove the cake from the oven and cut it into equal squares. Take each square and dip it in the chocolate glaze and then roll it in coconut.
